Studio Desk Project
After years of using standard flat tables an external racks for my studio setup, I decided I wanted a real studio desk. Turns out, they are expensive. Wow are they expensive.
Hence, I built my own. I looked around for designs on the interwebs but didn’t find anything to my liking, so I designed my own and built it from scratch. Other than a few minor issues with the design and my carpentry skills, I wouldn’t change much.
The final desk is 96″ wide and about 36″ deep. It includes 16 rack spaces above the desk, room for a 40″ video screen and three sets of studio monitors, and 24 rack spaces below the desk.
